It is somewhat painful because acupuncture needles are inserted into hard muscles, but the effect is excellent!
You may have muscle aches and pains for a couple of days, but then your muscles will recover and your symptoms will improve.
Drink water frequently to improve blood flow.Please do not drink alcohol or caffeinated drinks.

How to spend time after the treatment

Blood flow will collect in the area where acupuncture needles were inserted to repair the muscles.
Please do not do any strenuous exercise.
Please rest your body slowly on the day of acupuncture.
If you do not feel better after 3 times of treatment, please go to a hospital for an examination.

The whole body treatment takes 90 minutes and the local treatment takes 60 minutes.
Acupuncture needles are inserted for 20-30 minutes.The time to prick and leave the needles in place is 20-30 minutes.

  1. Take the West Exit from Nakameguro Station.
  2. Turn right and walk along Yamate Street (山手通り).

  4. Continue walking straight for about 3 minutes.
  5. Turn left at the corner with the red sign “中目黒3丁目” intersection.
  6. You will see the Daini Seiko Building on your right.
  7. Our clinic is on the 1st floor, Room 101.
